PureQR grants you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to generate, download, modify, and reproduce QR codes for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. All static barcodes generated through our tool are your property; PureQR claims no copyright or ownership over the codes you generate or the data you encode.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use PureQR to generate barcodes that encode or distribute:

  • Malicious software, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or spyware.
  • Phishing, quishing, or social engineering links designed to deceive users into disclosing sensitive financial or personal credentials.
  • Defamatory, illegal, harassing, or fraudulent materials.
  • Content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and tools on PureQR are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. PureQR makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding optical readability, scanner compatibility with specific third-party camera hardware, or uptime. It is solely your responsibility to physically test and verify print proofs before committing to large commercial print runs.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PureQR, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, printing costs, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on PureQR, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

5. Trademark Disclaimer

QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. PureQR is an independent utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Denso Wave.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
